A crowded bus passed Wednesday on a bomb on a highway in southern Afghanistan and the blast killed 25 passengers and wounding 20, Afghan officials said.
A government spokesman in the province of Nimroz Nazir Ahmad, said the vehicle was traveling on Wednesday morning by a major highway to the capital, Kabul, when he came across the bomb in the vicinity of Delaram, an unstable zone near the provinces of Helmand and Farah.
